Enhance Exteriors recently completed a comprehensive project that involved replacing the wooden fascia soffit of a property in Thurleigh Bedfordshire with rosewood-colored Upvc goods.
The job also included replacing the old guttering with Floplast deepflow guttering, which was a necessary upgrade to ensure that the gutters could handle water flow effectively and prevent any potential water damage to the property.
Our team worked diligently to ensure that the installation of the rosewood-colored Upvc goods was done with precision and attention to detail.
We ensured that each piece was measured and cut to fit perfectly into place, resulting in a seamless and cohesive appearance to the overall design.
As a result, the property’s exterior was transformed, giving it a fresh and updated look. In addition to the replacement of the fascia soffit and guttering, our team also fitted four dormers with Hardie plank cladding.
The installation of the cladding provided an elegant and durable finish to the exterior of the property. Before installation, our team also insulated and fitted breathable membrane to ensure that the property was well-protected.
Our team took great care to ensure that the cladding was installed correctly, providing a seamless appearance to the overall design.
The Hardie plank cladding not only added to the property’s aesthetic appeal but also provided an extra layer of protection from the elements.
At Enhance Exteriors, we always prioritise our clients’ needs and expectations. We take pride in our work and always strive to deliver exceptional results.
This project was no exception, and we are confident that the property’s exterior will remain visually appealing and well-protected for many years to come.
