Project Overview
At Enhance Exteriors, we recently completed a comprehensive exterior renovation project in Stevenage. Our team demonstrated their expertise and commitment to quality by successfully carrying out a range of tasks.
Scope of Work
The project involved the removal of timber fascia, soffits, guttering, and downpipes. These were replaced with high-quality, durable materials that not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property but also offer long-term durability.
Materials Used
We used Rosewood UPVC fascia and soffits, along with black Deepflow guttering manufactured by Floplast. These materials were chosen for their durability, ease of maintenance, and aesthetic appeal.
In addition, we used T & G style hollow UPVC soffit board in Rosewood for the underside of the porch. This added a touch of elegance and complemented the overall look of the property.
Additional Work
The project also involved replacing the rotten timber porch posts. We installed new softwood posts and decorated them to match the overall aesthetic of the property.
Outcome
The result was a transformed exterior that not only looks great but is also built to withstand the elements. The property now boasts a fresh, modern look with the added benefit of low-maintenance materials.
