Roofline Replacement
- Roofline Inspection and Assessment: We conducted a thorough inspection of the roofline. Our goal was to find the extent of damage, wear, and deterioration.
- Removal of Existing Components: We carefully removed the existing guttering, fascia, barge, and soffit boards. We ensured proper disposal of waste materials.
- Roofline Repair and Preparation: We repaired any structural damage to the rafters and applied preservative treatment as needed. The roofline was prepared to get the new components.
- Installation of New Roofline: We supplied and installed high-quality, black 10mm Upvc soffits. We also provided 18mm thick Upvc fascia boards with fascia vents and eaves trays. Additionally, we installed Upvc cladding.
- Rainwater Goods Installation: We installed new black deep flow rainwater goods. This includes downpipes. These items match the style and color of the roofline.
- Cleanup and Finishing: We cleaned up the work area, removed debris, and sealed the new components to industry standards.
Groundworks
- Trench Excavation: We dug a trench 5 meters from the property to accommodate the soil pipe.
- Soakaway Pit Construction: We excavated a soakaway pit measuring 1.2 meters by 1.2 meters by 1.5 meters deep.
- Soakaway Pit Preparation: We lined the pit with a geo membrane and filled the bottom 200 millimeters with pea shingle.
- Installation of Soakaway Crates: We installed soakaway crates within the pit to enhance drainage.
- Backfilling and Cleanup: We filled the sides and top of the pit with pea shingle. We then backfilled the void with saved soil. We disposed of any excess soil using skip hire.
