Our client was having wall insulation fitted but the rear fascia was close fitted to the rear wall with no soffit. So our fitters removed the existing 3-4 rows of tiles, extended the roof rafters, then supplied & installed New Upvc fascia AND soffit & rainwater goods so as to accommodate the new wall insulation. The roof was reinstated with extra rows of tiles & finished to ensure watertight & weather proof. Something a little unusual but another high standard, effect resolution to a problem other companies didn't want to take on.
