Overview
We recently completed a comprehensive exterior renovation project in Letchworth. The job involved the removal of timber fascia, soffit, and cladding, and their replacement with high-quality UPVC materials.
The Challenge
The existing timber fascia, soffit, and cladding on the property were showing signs of wear and tear. Timber, while aesthetically pleasing, requires regular maintenance and is susceptible to weather damage over time. Our task was to replace these elements with durable, low-maintenance materials that would enhance the property’s exterior and longevity.
Our Solution
Our team supplied and installed white soffit and UPVC Rosewood fascia board, complete with fascia vent and eaves tray. The Rosewood fascia board added a touch of elegance to the property’s exterior, while the fascia vent and eaves tray ensured proper ventilation and water drainage.
In addition, we fitted UPVC Rosewood barge boards and black Deepflow rainwater goods, including downpipes. These elements not only improved the property’s drainage system but also complemented the overall aesthetic.
The final part of our solution was the installation of UPVC 150 mm Shiplap Cladding in white. We fitted this over a breathable membrane and Celotex insulation for enhanced thermal efficiency. The white cladding gave the property a fresh, modern look.
The Result
The project was a resounding success. The combination of white soffit, Rosewood fascia and barge boards, black Deepflow rainwater goods, and white Shiplap cladding transformed the property’s exterior. The homeowners were thrilled with the result, praising the improved aesthetics and the enhanced durability and efficiency of their home’s exterior. We take pride in our work and are always ready to help homeowners enhance their properties with our top-quality services.
