Project Overview:

We recently completed a comprehensive exterior renovation of a charming bungalow located in Runnalow, Letchworth. The project involved the removal and replacement of various exterior elements, significantly improving the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the home.

Scope of Work:

1. Removal of Existing Structures: The project began with the careful removal of the existing wooden fascia, soffit, guttering, and downpipes. This step was crucial to prepare the bungalow for its new exterior fittings.
2. Installation of UPVC Soffit: We supplied and installed a new 10mm UPVC white soffit. The use of UPVC ensures durability and provides a clean, modern look that requires minimal maintenance.
3. Installation of UPVC Fascia Board: Alongside the soffit, we supplied and installed an 18mm thick UPVC white fascia board. This was completed with a fascia vent and eaves tray, enhancing the ventilation and overall health of the roof structure.
4. Guttering: To ensure efficient water management, we used FloPlast guttering systems. Known for their durability and performance, FloPlast products are a great addition to any home.

Conclusion:

This project was a great success, significantly enhancing the exterior of the bungalow while ensuring long-term durability and low maintenance. We are proud of our work and look forward to future projects in and around Letchworth.
