In Bedfordshire, a village hall had a problem with overgrown ivy on their fascia and soffit. Our team of experts was called in to handle the situation. Ivy may seem like a beautiful addition to a building’s exterior, but it can cause significant damage to roofs, bricks, fascias, and soffits. This damage can lead to leaks and even the collapse of roofs and walls.

Fortunately, the village hall called us just in time to prevent any serious harm to their property. Our skilled team of professionals cut the ivy back to access the Roofline, (Fascia & Soffits). We then removed the old wooden fascia and soffit and replaced them with new uPVC full replacement Fascia boards along with new flat soffit board.

To ensure the durability and longevity of the building, new black round guttering and downpipe were fitted. After a thorough cleaning, we sealed it all in with white silicone. Our team worked diligently to complete the job efficiently and to the satisfaction of the village hall.
