Abigail joined Enhance Exteriors in November 2022. Her contribution has been immediately felt with organisation across the various platforms. She has her finger on the accounts pulse & has modernised systems to make sure smooth running. Abigail pretends to have a shy personality but don’t be fooled!

Tim started his working career as a labourer for an Ashford based Upvc Roofline company. After working in other sectors for a number of years Tim returned to working as a roofline installer for a national company & then for a local business in Cambridgeshire. In approximately 1998 Tim ‘went on his own’ and setup Enhance Exteriors with a young Adam Stokes working as a labourer. Within a short time, John Stokes joined the family business to head sales. Enhance Exteriors has carried out work on behalf of major window replacement companies & have prided themselves in representing these companies to the highest standards by carrying out installations in a clean efficient manner. After 25 yeas in business, & building a fine honest no nonsense reputation, Tim now cares for sales & the general running of His business. Attention is given to training His teams that consist of family members & he cant be kept away from visiting installations during & post installation to ensure that standards remain high.

Since leaving school Simon has been involved in the building trade & successfully been involved with numerous developments. Simon joined Enhance Exteriors in late 2021 after deciding to close his close his business so that He & his brother Adam could streamline their talents by joining Enhance Exteriors.

Her attention to detail in running the office & administrational duties contribute to a smooth running business with minimal unwanted surprises.

Louise is the contact point for all account queries & mediates matters with our company accountant & Tax authorities.

Even though working remotely more often now due to COVID, Louise remains attentive & receptive to handle any questions or queries as these arise. An invaluable member of the team.

In Dec 2022, sadly after many years of loyal faithful service Louise retired from Enhance Exteriors. She’ll be missed & we sincerely thank Lou for all her hard work & for most recently training her replacement.

Louise joined Enhance Exteriors in 2015. As the big Sister in the family business, Louise handles all things financial from bookkeeping, accounts & general P/A duties for her brother, Tim.

Gavin joined Enhance Exteriors nearly 10 years ago. He is what’s termed a ‘belt & braces’ worker meaning he doesn’t cut corners & gives attention to doing each element of his work correctly without deviating from tried & tested methods. He works cleanly & with real diligence & is able to patiently explain & communicate with our clients. His work & approach is often complemented & Gavins involvement with Enhance Exteriors is greatly appreciated.

Gavins back ground is in the Roofing industry, working out his apprenticeship then onto gang leader for an established Bedfordshire company.

From school Adam has worked for various roofline & construction companies & up until recently had his own construction company with his brother Simon. Adam joined Enhance Exteriors in the close of 2021 when he & his brother decided to join the family business- Enhance Exteriors. Adam works with efficiently & with real skill in an organised clean way. His no nonsense approach yields great rewards & Adam communicates well with kindness & respect.

What Adam doesn’t know about Roofline, construction & development isn’t worth knowing.

Ben has been working for Enhance Exteriors since leaving school. Starting as a labourer, Ben took pride in keeping a tidy, clean & organised site. In time it became evident that Bens skills & expertise lay in carrying out quality installations as a team leader. At Enhance Exteriors we nurture & continually train our operatives to a high standard. Ben trains others & stresses the importance of taking time to carry out quality installations with minimal negative impact to our clients. Ben is often commended for his clean, diligent & professional approach to installations.

His work experience has mainly been in the construction & roofline industry. Luke brings a calm, confident, authority to our teams and keeps our installations progressing towards completion. His patient, kind & considerate way of dealing with our clients & his fellow workers brings the best out in all. He works at a consistent rate always to the highest standards. Our teams love working with Luke & he is often singled out for commendation in reviews & other comments from clients.

Luke joined Enhance Exteriors late in 2020 but we’ve known him for over 25 years.

His reputation is as a happy, warm, approachable personality. John secured & saw through to completion a huge amount of roofline installations during his years with Enhance Exteriors. John has limited involvement with Enhance Exteriors during his retirement albeit on a voluntary free consultancy basis as he supports His son Simon to carry on in his role within sales. John will remain attentive to previous clients if & as they contact us. With grateful thanks we wish John a happy & well deserved retirement.

John Stokes has worked for Enhance Exteriors for nearly 20 years.

Often the voice between our teams & our clients he shows care, respect & interest in our clients during installation. As the facilitator of our business he cares for orders, deliveries & stock of materials. Josh has a diligent approach to supporting our installers & always has an eye on safety & standards. Upon leaving school, Josh joined the family business, only having a break for a couple of years when he moved away after marriage to Manchester. After world travel, he & his wife returned to Letchworth & the family business in March 2020 where they remain to the present. Josh has a great open, approachable helpful personality that naturally draws & keeps people engaged.

She has been involved with Enhance Exteriors since its beginnings over 25 yers ago. Her support & organisation skills ensure a smooth running of our busy office. As the wife, mother & aunty within our family business she helps smooth the way & reconcile any issues in a kind effective manner.

We train our operatives from the ground up. Diligence & attention to detail in seemingly minor tasks leads to greater responsibility & further training. Already, he has cemented his place by his conscientious diligent work ethos. Jacek has managed an Enhance Exteriors decorating project of a large school locally & with quiet professionalism carries out his work to a high standard. Jaceks English is improving and he patiently listens to instructions asking questions for clarification as required.

Interior & exterior decoration is Jaceks speciality.
