Trustworthy and Competent Having previously used Enhance Exteriors for Roof-line work and being very satisfied with the outcome I had confidence to use them again for a major roofing project. The firm is a well run family business, they great teamwork which delivered an excellent end result. During the project any questions from me were invited and  full explanations given. Gutter was leaking at joint.  Cut away guttering replaced with larger piece and replaced joiners Tim was very honest said it was a straight forward job and did exactly what he told me he would do to fix the problem and on top of the job he cleaned the facia and added some missing trim for no additional cost.  He tested it after it was finished and all worked and no leaks. Replacement Gutters and Facias The team from Enhance Exteriors were excellent, friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the results. They replaced all the gutters and facias on my 2-1/2 storey home (which required scaffolding), took all the old gutters and facias away and cleaned all the mess. Replace all fascia, soffits and guttering. Very disappointed with after sales service!  A small number of roof tiles over extension were cracked during work.  Despite several attempts at contacting Tim, no response has been received.  Very surprised and dismayed by this from a local and respected company! Replace soffits, fascias and guttering on end of terrace house Excellent job and highly recommended.  Very responsive to messages, and ready to explain issues and how they can be resolved.  The work was done earlier than first thought and was completed in the time frame stated to a very good standard.  The workers got on with the job efficiently for full days and explained exactly what was being done and why. Our soffit and fascia was damaged at the back and needed complete replacement.  The work was carried out by a great team who were fast, efficient and it looks great!! Sorted out our gutter, which had a broken bracket causing gutter to droop down and leak and seemed that the gutter and drain linking to it had never been cleaned prior to us moving in. They were completely professional and kept me informed as we had to reschedule due to the recent snow.  The work was carried out as we had agreed, with the team carrying out some maintenance work on the gutters as well as cleaning them.
