Project Overview We had the pleasure of providing our professional Replacement Fascia, Soffit & Guttering services to the parents of one of our valued customers in Bishops Stortford. The project involved a complete transformation of the property’s exterior, enhancing its curb appeal and durability.
Scope of Work Our team carried out the following tasks in a safe and responsible manner:
- Supplied and used access equipment to reach the roofline.
- Removed and disposed of existing guttering, timber fascia, barge, and soffit boards.
- Inspected rafter ends, applied preservative treatment as required, and trimmed existing felt.
- Ensured rafter ends were flat and parallel to accept new roofline.
- Supplied and installed new 10mm Upvc WHITE soffit.
- Supplied and installed new 10mm Upvc WHITE T & G soffit for the bay window.
- Supplied and installed new 18mm thick Upvc WHITE fascia board complete with fascia vent, and eaves tray.
- Sealed in using correct trims and sealants to industry standard.
- Supplied and installed new BLACK DEEPFLOW Rainwater goods including downpipe.
- Supplied and installed new HOOPER’S.
- Cleaned down and removed debris from window sills and ledges.
- Trimmed, sealed, and finished to industry standard.
- Disposed of all rubbish and debris.
Materials We sourced the materials from Eurocell, using Floplast guttering and downpipes. We removed the old wooden fascia and soffits and replaced them with Upvc.
Guarantee Our installations come with a 20-year product guarantee, and our workmanship is covered by a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee.
