How do I register for a Guarantee?

To register for a guarantee with the CPA, you need to follow a few simple steps. First, make sure that you have received your insurance backed guarantee (IBG) certificate from Enhance Exteriors.

Once you have your IBG certificate, you can register your guarantee by visiting the CPA website and clicking on the “Register Your Guarantee” button, or click here.

This will take you to a page where you will need to enter some details, including your name, address, and contact information, as well as the details of the installation company, the work carried out, and the date of completion.

You will also need to upload a copy of your IBG certificate.

Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration number.

It’s important to note that you must register your guarantee within 28 days of the contract being completed to your entire satisfaction and once you have paid the CPA member.
